Call of the Haunted revives Ruby Carbuncle and Counter Gem is chained, sending Call to the Graveyard.
Call of the Haunted's destruction is not an effect and happens immediately when Call leaves the field, so Carbuncle is destroyed during Counter Gem's resolution.
