If I chain Null and Void (Muko) to a draw card like Upstart or Avarice, can I use the drawn cards?✓

No. Null and Void negates the activation of draw effects, so the draw does not happen and the drawn cards cannot be used. Costs (like the discard for Trade-In) are still paid before the chain resolves.
Do i get to only draw if i rip {fortune's future} with Diamond Dude? Asking this becoes i found some chats that u get the draw without the first effect And i even remember it being ruled that way in regionals in '10-'12 when Fortune Hero was somewhat active I even went to DB to ask a judge and one wasnt sure the other said yes u do draw?!

I just want this to be clerified, becoes for me it always looked and read like just effects This means you resolve the interaction according to that ruling, and any dependent parts only apply if the required condition or activation is successfully met.
