Why does Avarice stop when a target is removed but Salvage still resolves?!
A multi-target effect has one target removed before resolution.
Avarice requires all targets to return before it can draw, so losing a target stops it. Salvage resolves as much as possible because it doesn't require all targets for a secondary effect.
If one Salvage target is removed by D.D. Crow, do you still add the other?!
Salvage targets two WATER monsters and one is banished in response.
