When can I activate Robbin' Goblin in the Battle Phase?!
The Battle Phase is in progress and an attack is being declared.
You can activate it any time outside the Damage Step. A common timing is after the attack is declared and before entering the Damage Step.
If Robbin' Goblin and Gorz both trigger on battle damage, how do they resolve?!
A direct attack deals battle damage while Robbin' Goblin is face-up and the opponent has Gorz in hand.
Both trigger at the same timing. Robbin' Goblin is mandatory and is CL1, Gorz is optional and is CL2, so Gorz is Summoned first and then the discard happens.
