Yes. Bottomless resolves first and banishes REDMD, then REDMD's effect resolves and Special Summons Prime Material Dragon.
If Simochi/Nurse and Prime Material Dragon are both on the field, how does LP gain resolve?!
Upstart Goblin is activated while both replacement effects are present.
The thread indicates conflicting sources; the working idea is to apply replacements in sequence, effectively canceling in pairs. A definitive source for multiple copies was still being sought.

● If this card and "Bad Reaction to Simochi" are both applying, any effect that gains LP will gain LP, and any effect which inflicts damage will inflict damage.
● The ② effect can be activated during the Damage Step, as it negates activations.
● The ② effect can't be chained to effects which are not guaranteed to destroy a monster● The ② effect can't be chained to a "Royal Oppression" which is negating the summon of a monster not already on the field, such as the summon of "Cyber Dragon".
