If I activate Pineapple Blast and chain Winged Rhynos to return itself to hand, does Pineapple Blast still destroy both opponent monsters?!
You control Winged Rhynos, activate Pineapple Blast, then chain Winged Rhynos to return itself to the hand before Pineapple Blast resolves.
No. Pineapple Blast checks how many monsters you control on resolution. If you control none, it destroys none.
If Pineapple Blast resolves while you control no monsters, what happens?!
Winged Rhynos is removed and Pineapple Blast resolves with no monsters on your field.
All of your opponent's monsters are destroyed because the number of monsters you control is zero.

●When Ring of Destruction or Call of the Haunted is chained to Pineapple Blast, and the number of monsters on the field is changed, count the number of monsters at resolution of Pineapple Blast's effect, not at activation.
●If, when Pineapple Blast resolves, you have no monsters, all of your opponent's monsters are destroyed too.
●If you Summon a monster and want to activate Pineapple Blast, and your opponent wants to use Trap Hole, Pineapple Blast is Step 1 of the chain and Trap Hole is Step 2.
