Drill Warrior activates its effect in response to its Summon.
Yes. Bottomless can be activated before the effect resolves, so it will still see Drill Warrior at its original ATK.
Can you chain Mask of Restrict to Gemini Spark to stop it?!
Gemini Spark is activated and you chain Mask of Restrict.
You can chain it, but it won't stop Gemini Spark because the tribute is paid as a cost at activation.

● This card stops Tribute Summoning, Tributing to activate a card or effect, Tributing to Ritual Summon a Ritual Monster, etc.
● Sending Materials to the GY to Synchro/Fusion Summon is not "tributing", so this card does not prevent Synchro/Tribute Summons.

Monsters cannot be Tributed.
If a card / effect Tributes a monster(s) as part of a cost / effect, it cannot be activated.
If this card is Chained to a card whose effect would Tribute a monster(s), no monster(s) is Tributed.
If this card is Chained to a card / effect (such as "Cannon Soldier") that Tributed a monster(s) as cost, that effect still resolves since the activation cost was already paid.
If this card is Chained to a Ritual Spell Card, it cannot Tribute monsters when it resolves, but it can still remove from play the "Djinn" monsters if their Levels would allow the Ritual Summon to be performed.
Fusion and Synchro Summons can still be performed, as the Material are not Tributed.
