If my opponent takes control of my Trap Monster, can I use it for Magic Planter and what happens if it is Book of Mooned?!
A Trap Monster is controlled by the opponent and then flipped face-down.
You cannot use it for Magic Planter because it occupies your opponent's Spell/Trap Zone. If it is flipped face-down while they control it, it stays in their Spell/Trap Zone until control changes back.
Can Verdant Sanctuary trigger when Call of the Haunted is sent for Magic Planter?!
Magic Planter sends Call of the Haunted as cost and it destroys the attached monster.
No. Verdant Sanctuary is a trigger effect and misses timing because drawing is the last thing to happen.
