● This effect is mandatory (Unless an effect says "you can", it is a mandatory effect).
● If you can't send exactly 2 cards, you send none.
● If you don't send exactly 2 cards, you draw none.
● Sending and drawing is simultaneous. It doesn't cause anything to miss timing.

The two cards are sent from your hand to the Graveyard when "Mad Reloader's" effect resolves. If you have 1 or less cards in your hand, "Mad Reloader's" effect disappears.
