If a "Koa'ki Meiru" monster you control would be destroyed by battle or by a card effect, you can remove from play 1 "Koa'ki Meiru" monster in your GY instead.

Likely no. It can only protect one monster when multiple would be destroyed at the same time.
If Torrential Tribute is chained, does Dupe Frog miss timing when Ghoulungulate is involved?!
Dupe Frog is sent to the Graveyard during a chain that includes Torrential Tribute and Ghoulungulate's continuous effect is active.
Dupe Frog only misses timing if it is sent to the Graveyard as Chain Link 2 or higher. Ghoulungulate's effect is continuous and does not cause timing issues.
