Why does Absolute Zero trigger when it leaves the field, while Il Blud and Call of the Haunted behave as continuous effects under Skill Drain?
You compare several cards with pre-PSCT text like 'When this card leaves the field' and notice they behave differently under negation.
Absolute Zero has a triggered effect that activates after it leaves the field, so it starts a new chain from the Graveyard. Il Blud and Call of the Haunted apply continuous effects that maintain a link while the card is face-up; those effects are negated by Skill Drain while they are on the field. The similar pre-PSCT wording does not mean the mechanics are the same.
Do you need to Tribute to Gemini Summon Il Blud?!
Il Blud is face-up on the field and you want to Gemini Summon it.
No. Gemini Summons do not require Tributes.
