If Wulf is milled while Garoth triggers, which is Chain Link 1?!
Garoth's draw effect triggers at the same time Wulf is sent to the Graveyard.
Both are optional triggers; you may choose the chain order.
Can Garoth trigger more than once per turn if multiple Lightsworn effects resolve?!
Multiple Lightsworn effects resolve in the same turn.
Yes. Garoth can trigger after each Lightsworn effect, except for Celestia's cost.

● This card triggers as a result of another Lightsworn's effect sending cards to the GY. It happens on a new chain.
EG, If you control 2 copies of Lyla and this card:
You'll mill 3 for Lyla. On a new chain, you'll mill (and draw) for Garoth.
Then, on another new chain, you'll mill 3 for the other Lyla, then mill (and draw) for Garoth again.
● Since Celestia, Lightworn Angel's effect to send cards to the GY is a cost, not an effect, Garoth's effect won't trigger because of it.

(1) Each time a card(s) is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" monster you control, except "Garoth, Lightsworn Warrior", send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Then, draw 1 card for each "Lightsworn" monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect.
The (1) mandatory Trigger Effect will activate every time its trigger is met.
When this effect resolves: drawing 1 card for each "Lightsworn" monster does not start a Chain.
If this effect sends "Peten the Dark Clown" to the Graveyard, its effect can activate, even if you would draw a card(s) by this effect.
All cards remaining in your Deck are sent to the Graveyard if there aren't enough remaining.
If an effect chained to a “Lightsworn” monster’s (or “Judgment Dragon’s”) effect to send cards from your Deck to the Graveyard during the End Phase that removes that “Lightsworn” monster from the field, the “Lightsworn” monster’s effect does not resolve.
