Mind on Air is face-up and Exchange is activated.
No. Exchange cannot resolve because the required hand reveal cannot happen, and the effect is all-or-nothing.
If I give my opponent a Dark World with Exchange and it is discarded, does it count as discarded by my opponent for the bonus effect?!
You use Exchange to give a Dark World monster to your opponent and it is discarded later.
The bonus effect depends on whose card effect caused the discard. If your opponent discards it with their own card effect, the bonus effect can apply for the owner. If your card effect discards it, the bonus effect does not apply.

●You can't activate Exchange if you have no other card in your hand besides Exchange.
●The opponent is still considered the owner of the card you take by the effect of Exchange for all purposes.
●If you take your opponent’s Kuriboh through the effect of Exchange you may discard it to activate its effect (but it is discarded to your opponent’s GY).
