Convulsion of Nature is face-up and Disturbance Strategy makes the opponent redraw their hand.
Yes. The cards are drawn one at a time, so you see each card as it is drawn from the top of the Deck. The opponent does not reveal their whole hand.
Can Disturbance Strategy be activated while Protector of the Sanctuary's effect is applying?!
Protector of the Sanctuary is face-up and a card would make the opponent draw.
No. You cannot activate a card that creates a draw while Protector's continuous effect prevents it.

●You can chain Disturbance Strategy to a Ritual Spell Card and then, if your opponent no longer has the Ritual Monster Card in hand when the Ritual Spell Card resolves, then the effect of the Ritual Spell Card disappears.
●You can also chain Disturbance Strategy to Polymerization and, if the opponent no longer has the Fusion Material Monsters (if they were in his hand for example) then the effect of Polymerization disappears.
