A player attempts to Fusion Summon Cyber Twin Dragon using substitute materials.
Fusion substitutes cannot be used for a regular Fusion Summon of Cyber Twin Dragon. If you use an effect like The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion that does not perform a Fusion Summon, substitutes can be used.
If I use Hex-Sealed Fusion to Summon Cyber Twin and chain Torrential Tribute, what resolves first?!
Hex-Sealed Fusion's effect is activated as CL1 and Torrential Tribute is chained as CL2.
Torrential Tribute resolves first and destroys all monsters on the field; then Hex-Sealed Fusion resolves and Special Summons Cyber Twin.
