It misses timing when sent by Charge of the Light Brigade. Convert Contact cannot send Cross Porter because it is not a Neo-Spacian.
Can Convert Contact draw cards under Macro Cosmos?!
Macro Cosmos is face-up and Convert Contact resolves.
In Edison it is generally treated as banish instead of send and you still draw, but there is no definitive ruling. Use the local judge for events.
