If a face-up monster is tributed, inflict damage equal to half its ATK while face-up on the field.
Example: "Millennium Shield" (ATK 0/DEF 3000) has its ATK and DEF switched by "Shield & Sword". When "Catapult Turtle" Tributes "Millennium Shield" (ATK 3000/DEF 0), it inflicts 1500 damage.
If a face-down monster is tributed, inflict damage equal to half its original (printed) ATK in the Graveyard.
