Test Tiger is Summoned, Oppression is activated, Trap Stun is chained, and you chain Burst Breath by tributing Red-Eyes Wyvern.
The summon is negated so Test Tiger is never on the field. Burst Breath resolves and destroys eligible monsters that are actually on the field, such as Gladiator Beast Retiari.
