① Once per turn: You can target 1 "Blackwing" monster you control; until the End Phase, it gains ATK equal to the total ATK of all other "Blackwing" monsters on the field.
(You can't attack the turn you activate this effect, except with that target).

Sirocco battles and both players use hand ATK modifiers.
It depends on order. If Honest resolves last, it sets the ATK and can flip the result even after Kaluts.
If you Normal Summon Sirocco under Black Whirlwind, can you both search and use ignition priority?!
Sirocco is Normal Summoned while Black Whirlwind is face-up.
No. You must choose either the trigger effect (Whirlwind search) or ignition priority, not both.

● The target gains ATK equal to the ATK of all Blackwings on the field - including your opponent's.
● If the target is set, and then flipped face-up, it doesn't gain any ATK, and you can't attack with it.

If the activation of the effect of “Blackwing – Sirocco the Dawn” is negated, then your other monsters may attack this turn.
If you have 2 copies of “Blackwing – Sirocco the Dawn” and target 2 different monsters with them, neither of those monsters can attack this turn.
If “Skill Drain” is activated after the effect of “Blackwing – Sirocco the Dawn” resolves, then the effect is not negated. The ATK boost remains, and the other monsters cannot attack this turn.
