You Special Summon a Barrier Statue and then resolve Inferno Reckless Summon.
No. The Barrier Statue restriction applies immediately, so your opponent can only Summon a monster of the allowed Attribute or summon nothing.
If Battle Fader is activated and the opponent chains Swallow's Nest to summon Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds, does Battle Fader still resolve?!
A direct attack is declared, Battle Fader is activated, and Swallow's Nest is chained to Summon Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds.
No. Barrier Statue prevents the Special Summon, so Battle Fader cannot summon itself and therefore does not end the Battle Phase.

Non-WIND Monsters can't be Special Summoned face-down.
"Reasoning" can be activated while a Barrier Statue is face-up. If "Reasoning" would Special Summon a non-WIND monster, it is sent to the Graveyard and the effect of "Reasoning" ends.
"Future Fusion" CAN'T be activated UNLESS a WIND Fusion Monster is revealed.
The "Shallow Grave" CAN'T be activated unless BOTH PLAYERS have 1(+) WIND monster in their GY.
"Magical Hats" CAN'T be activated while a Barrier Statue is in play.
