Does Armed Sea Hunter negate Flip effects in battle?!
Armed Sea Hunter battles a set monster and both effects could trigger after damage calculation.
It activates in substep 5 like Red Dragon Archfiend, so it becomes CL1 and the Flip effect is CL2. That means it does not negate the Flip effect.
If Armed Sea Hunter battles a Gladiator Beast, can they still tag out and Special Summon another Gladiator Beast?!
Armed Sea Hunter battles and the Gladiator Beast would tag out at end of Battle Phase.
They can return to the Deck, but the Special Summon does not occur while Armed Sea Hunter's effect is applying.

●The Continuous Effect applies while is card is face-up on the field, it does not start a Chain.
●You can't choose to destroy monsters that can't be destroyed (due to “Aegis of the Ocean Dragon Lord”) as substitute for this card.
