Why do monsters revived by Debris Dragon or Fire Ant Ascator still trigger in the GY but not on the field?!
A monster is Special Summoned by Debris Dragon or Fire Ant Ascator with its effects negated.
Their effects are negated only while they are on the field. Effects that activate in the GY (like Dandylion) can still activate. On-field effects that activate and tribute as a cost (like Armed Dragon LV5 or Lonefire Blossom) are still negated because those effects activated on the field.
