Frog the Jam attacks Batteryman AA in the Damage Step with Amulet of Ambition and Wetlands active.
Amulet of Ambition applies at the earliest point in damage calculation, setting Frog's ATK to match the opponent's monster. Honest then boosts the opponent's monster by Frog's original ATK, so Batteryman becomes higher and wins the battle.
