This is an optional Quick Effect.
● It is not a mandatory effect.
● It can chain to the activation of any type of Spell Card.
This effect can be used in the Damage Step.
● This effect can be used in the Damage Step even if The A-Team is attacking or being attacked.
● This effect can not be used in Substeps 5, 6, or 7, if The A-Team was destroyed in Battle.

(1) This effect can be used during either player's turn. When your opponent activates a Trap Card, Tribute this face-up card to negate the activation of the Trap Card and destroy it.
The (1) Quick Effect is optional, it activates & resolves on the field.
Tributing this card is a cost.
This effect only negates the activation of a Trap Card (when it is flipped face-up).
This effect can't negate the activation of an effect from a Trap Card that was already face-up on the field (like "Royal Oppression"), or that activates in the Graveyard (like "Skill Successor").
You can activate the effect of "A-Team: Trap Disposal Unit" during the Damage Step. [ATHENA](1) Each time a Fairy-Type monster is Summoned, inflict 600 damage to your opponent. (2) Once per turn, you can send 1 Fairy-Type monster you control, except "Athena", to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard, except "Athena".
The (1) Trigger Effect is mandatory, it activates & resolves on the field.
"Athena's" first effect does not inflict damage when it is Summoned.
If 2(+) Fairy-Type monsters are Special Summoned by the same effect, "Athena" inflicts 600 damage to the opponent's Life Points.
If 2(+) effects in the Chain Special Summon a Fairy-Type monster, "Athena's" effect will inflict 600 damage for each effect.
The (2) Ignition Effect activates & resolves on the field.
Tributing 1 Fairy-Type monster, except "Athena", is a cost.
This second effect targets 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard, it is negated by "Necrovalley".
This effect can't activate while "Zombie World" treats monsters in the Graveyards as Zombie-Type.
