You choose which monsters to put the A-Counters on when this effect resolves. You can distribute the A-Counters however you wish among your opponent’s face-up monsters. You must place exactly as many A-Counters as the Level of the monster targeted by this effect. You cannot activate this card if your opponent controls no face-up monsters.
